Election of complementary employee supervisory members of Royal Unibrew A/S for
the period of time until the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2010 has taken
place with the following result:

for the four-year period com-mencing after the Annual General Meeting on 27
April 2010 has taken place with the following result:
