hereby announces that it has received information that Valot Invest Holding AB,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Org. No. 516406-0138,
Stockholm, Sweden has reduced its shareholding in Royal Unibrew A/S. Carnegie
Investment Bank AB and its subsidiaries now holds less than 5% of the total
share capital and the total number of votes in Royal Unibrew.
