Royal Unibrew's total share capital and voting rights 

With reference to Article 17(2) of the Executive Order regarding the issuer's
duty to disclose, we hereby state that the share capital of Royal Unibrew at 1
June 2007 amounts to DKK 61,800,000 divided into shares of DKK 10 or multiples
hereof. Each share denomination of DKK 10 entitles the holder to one vote, and
the total number of voting rights on 1 June 2007 is, therefore, 6,180,000.
According to the specific rules on share capital and voting rights in Royal
Unibrew's Articles of Association, no shareholder may in person or by proxy
exercise voting rights for an amount exceeding 10% of Royal Unibrew's existing
share capital from time to time.
