Agreement on sale of property in Vilnius, Lithuania

A sale of the property will have a positive effect on the Royal Unibrew Group's
EBIT and profit before tax of some DKK 100 million. 

An agreement on sale of the property in Vilnius, which previously housed the
Tauras brewery, has been concluded between AB Kalnapilio Tauro Grupé (a
subsidiary of Royal Unibrew A/S) and UAB Verdispar Baltics. 

The realisation of the property deal is in accordance with the expectations
stated in Royal Unibrew's In-terim Report 2007 (cf Company Announcement
RU30/2007 of 28 August 2007). The deal will be finally carried through during
October 2007 and will affect the Group's EBIT and profit before tax by some DKK
100 million.
